Hi friends, Kari Bower here, owner and founder of Journey Well. That’s my sweet family above. As we were growing our family, God began opening our eyes to the needs around us. We became a host family for Safe Families for Children and took sweet kiddos into care as we raised our own. Then we became licensed foster parents. God kept refining us and helped us to be brave to answer a calling to pursue domestic infant adoption. We wanted a mama to know we would love her and her child no matter what. We prayed courageously for our birth mothers to choose life for their babies. God heard our prayers and orchestrated our adoptions. We chose adoption two times and we are forever changed because of it.

The process of adoption can be very daunting. There is so much to know and so much to research. It can get confusing and overwhelming very quickly.

As an adoptive mom I have been there.

That is what lead me to start Journey Well Adoption Consulting. I am a mom who cares. I want families to know what I learned after 13 years of figuring things out.
